Gewässserraum Vorprüfung projektiert (UR)

Gewässerräume gemäss Art. 36a GSchG werden gestützt auf Art. 12 Abs. 2 KUG mit dem Verfahren der gemeindlichen Nutzungsplanung ausgeschieden. Übergangsweise werden die Gewässerbaulinien (Gemeindliche Baulinien) zum Gewässerraum hinzugezählt.
